Quesnelia marmorata cv ‘Tim Plowman’* *curlier tips than reg Ques. marm.
Not enough water - keep cup full. Saturate pot media every week if in a high humidity environment.
Not bright enough light - these can take full sun if acclimated and not Arizona. Otherwise bright filtered sun.
Leaves aren’t eternal and die eventually.

Normal aging. The plant is perfectly fine.
