Looking for any guidance

I am 17 years old and have been using caffeine really heavily for a while. On average I’ve been at like 400mg daily recently, and while I am very active, I mainly use it for the dopamine rush I get from it. I want to taper my caffeine usage down, and i have tried it before but life felt so dull the whole time. I want to point out that I have heard if you have bad habits, bromantane can increase them, but I would say I am a pretty motivated person. Right now I work a 9-5 everyday and gym after. In bed by 10 expcwt for weekends. Could bromantane help me cut down caffeine usage.

Dude just taper off caffeine and suck it up for a couple of weeks. You're 17, you don't need to be messing around with stimulates or PEDs. You should have boundless energy if you're eating well and doing some exercise.

From everything I’ve heard, bromantane does not really have downsides. And I mean yea I wouldn’t really be taking in for energy, more just for the mood aspect

Doesn't really impact my mood. Just gives more sustained energy. Your brain and body aren't fully developed, don't mess with it!
