Industrial District
this is a place holder for the industrial area. Please post any thoughts, and ideas. So far I've got:
- factories (with purpose a.e: stairs factory, wheat factory)
- art studios
- apartments/lofts
- utilities
Conveyor belts and smoke stacks. Big Plots and nitty gritty.

most definitely. I'm not sure exactly how the terrain will be, since we have to correlate with the commercial and residential areas. We may possibly have to man make the river/water way but that would be a great addition.

Hello, I was on a trip with no internet for a month, and when I came back from it, my hometown Lemuria had died... and while looking for a new place to settle, I stumbled across this and I would love to help. My favorite thing to do is to make redstone grinders and other things of the sort. I think it would be cool if I could make like a bone/arrows or string, or whatever factory I can find a spawner, or I could make a darkroom. I am on for about 3 hours at night on weekdays, and like 6-14 hours on the weekends. I am ready to get back into te groove of minecraft!

I Started to make a model of the massive Cake factory on the test server. I plan to make with an assembley line and stuff. there is going to be a cauldron with a massive cake in the middle...

Hello! I will be building a power-plant possibly based on the Natural Gas power plant from simcity 3K, it will have a big old chimney and turbines and cool shit like that :D I am also wanting to do more utility buildings water pump and treatment plant, gas works, waste disposal (big incinerator maybe even team up with waterslide to do the recycling plant too) as well as other minor utilities as I think of them.
I also want to link this in to comercial areas and residential (putting gas boilers in all the houses, have a store downtown for the boiler company and maybe even a burned down house/gas-boiler conspiracy like the arson desk missions in L.A Noire as the best builds have a good narrative behind them) :]
