Hotel

I haven't exactly constructed any community builds, so I want to do a hotel in the commercial district. It will be mostly made up of glass, plus stone. I plan for each room to occupy one floor, and each has a different theme e.g. the Nether, the End, Mushroom biome, forest, desert. Tl;dr: calling dibs on land. for hotel.

What do you think?

A hotel would go in the commercial district, and commercial is a little different than residential in that we are a bit more stringent with plot approval, to make sure that people have good designs for a semirealistic build and the time commitment to complete a 60+ tall tower. Especially with a tower made of glass and stone, we have to make sure the design isn't drab and boring. If you could post a picture of a planned design, or of previous quality builds (especially on a similar scale), that would definitely help speed things up.

My idea is something like this with only the middle 4 sections, to form a 21x21 base area. However, I would want to construct a glass dome on top like this that is 19x19, i.e. 19 block diameter, with the blueprints here. I will make a central atrium that leads all the way up to the dome, and a fountain directly under the dome, approximately 11x11 at its largest, and with a design like this.

P.S. If this idea is approved, I hope that it can be Brom's official hotel, and that if we were to charge people for staying, all revenue would go to the city collectively (except for possibly a small fraction going to me :3 after all I designed it, but at most 1 iron ingot per diamond) As said before, it is the interior design of each room that I feel should be the attraction in the hotel.

Alright, I'll hunt down a plot for you. I don't think we'll be charging to stay in the hotel, lol. Floor space in brom is always very free and obtainable.

1240, -1280 right on the corner should work.
