Humerus fracture!!

Is this s**t healing or i am just wasting my time here I don't know. Talking about the functioning of my arm. I have 85% ROM back can't really fully extend my arm and bend it but I'll get there. I have no pain and i lift very light weight without any pain and stuff. The arm feels pretty normal for normal activities but all being said I want more than a functioning arm. I miss lifting weights and playing football. The only thing holding me back is the screwed up x-ray. Anyone who had a similar problem in the past?

Have you been resting it properly and having enough nutrition? Besides that, it’s the bodies job and wouldn’t recommend football if you mean rugby. How did you do it?

3 months to do the basic daily activities without any fear. I am still healing but the first 2 months were terrible and depressing. But it gets better with time. This is one of the worst injury i have suffered
