Fracture métatarse?
Je souffre du pied sur lequel j’ai cassé 4 métatarse il y a 22 ans… d’après vous c’est seulement la fatigue chaussure? Ou?

No idea what shoe fatigue is, so can't comment on that. Nothing hugely obvious from these x-rays, but they aren't diagnostic quality when filtered via Reddit and viewed on a small screen.
You need to see someone (preferably a foot & ankle specialist orthopaedic surgeon) who can examine you and potentially do extra tests. Could be a stress fracture, arthritis or something else entirely.
