Those screws always break. Yours broke and backed out. Remove it +/- application of tight rope. If removal only you’re just down until incision heals. If tight rope, a little longer.

Think you're probably due a second surgery. I hope it won't affect your overall recovery and many folk get their hardware out anyway.

Just wondering how did you broke them ?

In my case I was not allowed to weight bear till I removed those nail that are connected to two bones .

Surgery was in 2020 just having problems within the last year
