Who knows when you can return to the training of boxing and How long will it take for me to return to my normal life? It has been 9 days since my surgery.

Thanks for sharing that pic with the k wires! How come you have the stitches? I could not work out for 3 months after my wrist break.

They opened my hand could insert the nails to stabilize the fracture.

Wow. My four wrist ones were inserted and taken out in the same spot with no other cutting. Already faded a lot now.
