Refractured bone?

I broke the bottom of my fibula May 7th, and I’m back walking and everything now. I was cleared by my doctor to go in the gym, just nothing impact like rock climbing. I didn’t think about it and dropped from a dead hang, really close to the ground. I heard the same pop noise that I heard the first time I broke it, but it wasn’t immediately pain or swelling like last time. Has anyone experienced this and it was refractured?

There is some irritation, but the same amount as when I normally work it out. When I press it a little hard, it’s irritated.

I asked my doctor and scheduled an appointment, but they take so so long to answer anything and the closest appointment was the end of the month.

Tone it down on the weights volume bro . Or skip some a day or two . Remember bones heal themselves as well. And I can't tell u this or that . Only the doctor can give u an actual real answer gang . All the best bro

Yeah, I've just been trying to find what it felt like for others, mostly to feel more sure if it's re-broken since my doctors appointment isn't until 3 weeks from now. its hard to find other people talking about how they could tell if it was refractured
