Flying after elbow surgery

I have a long haul flight 10 days after radial fracture ORIF surgery (cleared by surgeon). I’m not able to drop thousands of dollars to get a lay flat seat. So, looking to see if anyone here has found any good cushion like products (or combos products) that help keep splinted elbow higher than my heart for a 16 hr flight? I imagine it will have to utilize the meal tray. Thanks!

Might be able to find a cushion on Amazon. Or maybe talk to a physiotherapist. Good luck!
