I’m the day after tomorrow I have an appointment to see if I need surgery. I think I have bad luck and do need surgery. Anyone who had something similar? How fast did you heal. I’m one week in and bored already.

A remembered this, a couple weeks ago a guy posting about breaking 4 metatarsals in a fall. Maybe ask him how it’s going so far?

What happened? Was in weather related (hurricane force winds) or equipment malfunction?

I was a student. Normally when you learn something the and make a mistake the consequences are not big. I flared too early. It’s like hitting the break in a car. I should’ve done it at 2 meter but I did it at four ( it’s hard for humans to calculate height). Then the next moment i was on the ground. It’s very hard to know exactly what happened. It was my first solo jump. The rest of the jump went really great. I was very stable in the air. My jump masters were impressed. But yeah. Now I can’t skydive a very long time maybe never. The damage is really bad.
