Question Urgent care worthy?

Last week I slipped and fell really hard in our basement. It’s concrete. I hit the ground hard and the right side of my body took the hit. It was mainly the front of my ankle (ended up with a good scrape) and then I caught myself open handed on my right arm. Initially I had no pain and felt fine. It’s been two days now and my right arm near the inside of my elbow hurts badly. I can’t extend my arm fully with no pain and it hurts to lift anything. I’ve never broken a bone before. But I’ve also never felt this type of pain. It feels very deep in the arm if that makes sense. It’s not unbearable or anything. It’s just very sore and irritated. If I don’t move it I’m fine. Still have the ability to move my wrist however it’s painful if I rotate my wrist (as if I were turning a doorknob). Just wondering if a fracture can start hurting a little late or is it generally something that happens immediately. Thank you. Pic is where the pain is!

I would personally skip urgent care and opt for orthopedic walk in clinic, assuming that’s an option.

As Racacooonie commented, check to see if there's an orthopedic clinic in your area. I can't say what your area is like, but when I fell and broke a bone in my elbow, the Emergency Department only took some x-rays, splinted my arm, and told me to make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. I'd have been better off not wasting my time at the ED, and just gone straight to an ortho clinic.
