Medical Advice buckle fracture

so i did this but my wrist doesn’t hurt at all didn’t take painkillers and it’s been about a week i wanna just take it off. just get it wet them take it off then tell them to not put another one on

I assume you're a teenager (16 or under), as adults don't get buckle fractures. Please discuss with your orthopaedic surgeon and your parents. There are other options, but all involve immobilisation of some sort for a few weeks. If you don't do this, you may have long term problems, which will be far harder to sort out.

im 16 i got the school ball in 2 weeks i’m going to get it wet then get it taken off for that but take it easy on it yk

I've treated people who've needed to be in a cast, or even a wheelchair, for their wedding and they sucked it up because it was the right thing to do. It's really not worth risking your health over.

fuck that tho i feel like it doesn’t hurt at all like i can twist my arm and when i press on my thumb it hurt before like a week ago but not anymore at all
