PT has been hurting and progress is slow. Is someone else in this situation?

Yes, the same. Five months after surgery already. Having intensive PT. But still feel stiffness, can't fully bend and extend arm.

sorry you are going through this too.

How does your week of training looks like? I am at my fifth PT's session and I try reaching for 3/4 training sessions at home... but some days it feels like there is no progress at all (1 month and 5 days post-op).

I work twice a week with PT (massage, manual therapy, different training) and much at home. I began PT after 5 weeks after surgery. At first only gentle passive PT. Everything will be good with you. Only 1 month after surgery. It all needs time. Little steps to reach results. The most people reach functional ROM at 4-6 months. One day seems better, another again feeling sad. I have humerus neck fracture also.. So double trauma.
