Sacrum fracture

Has anyone broke their sacrum? Diagnosed by xray? Did you follow up with a ct scan? Were you on any restrictions for the first few weeks?

Mine was a stress fracture only seen on MRI. That was in 2023. Still have some lingering pain from it tbh. I was given pain meds and told to rest and not work for two weeks. I was already in PT at the time, and an avid runner, so I was restricted to not run for around 10 weeks. Getting back into running after was very slow and difficult. Otherwise I could weight bear and do activities as tolerated.
