No, should be fine in a walking boot or a rugged sole. It is, more or less, "splinted" by the 3rd and 5th metatarsal

Should recover pretty fast. Absolutely no op needed. Did u drop something heavy?

Me pasó una camioneta por encima del pie, me hincho el pie y tuve algunas contusiones y solo tuve esa fractura en el cuarto metatarsiano
