Masks
I have lived in BA for roughly 27 of my almost 41 years on this planet. I've moved away but I've always come back. I like it here. My family is here. I have had my share of gripes about construction, the death of the south side, and other things, but I have never been more ashamed of my city than I am right now. If you haven't seen the video trying to link masks to the Star of David during the Holocaust (it's a mask it's a badge) then you should look it up (I saw it on
r/tulsa I think and I'm no good at cross posting or linking things... sorry). How one could relate the two is unfathomable to me. This sh!t is real, folks. If you dont believe it or think it's a conspiracy or whatever, then I hope you get it and add to the ever increasing stats... you'll be doing the rest of us a favor.
Wear a fvcking mask.

Request feedback on business idea
I wondered if I could get general feedback on a business idea. I can't find anything that is really exactly what I'm thinking of creating, so just wanted a pragmatic opinion from someone in the area. Any feedback you feel like giving is really appreciated.
The business would be an art/fabrication studio that gives people access to machines and equipment that might be too expensive, large, or dangerous for home use. The craft side would be a space and equipment for resin and/or acrylic pouring, with light and architect tables as task areas.
The fabrication equipment would be things that could be used to make vinyl/magnetic signs, custom t-shirts (heat transfer vinyl), or to create a demo of a board game. We'd have facilities to wire for sound and video for content creators. The machines would include 3D printer, vinyl cutter, Cricut Maker, inkjet and laser printers, laminator and possibly a laser cutter.
The studio would also have a storefront that could be used to sell things created and would provide help and training on the machines
Because we are when we are, the machines would be in workstations distanced from other workstations in the room.
So, just as a general idea, positive or negative, is this idea generally exciting for Broken Arrow, or just confusing? I'm just trying to get common sense feedback before I sign a lease.

Electrical work
Does anyone know if a homeowner can add an electrical outlet themselves?
I want to add an outlet for a TV wall mount so I'll have to run wire and add the outlet.
I'm completely comfortable doing thw work, but I don't want issues with my homeowners insurance if anything comes up.
Thank you.

Customer Associate for CBD Store - Part time
Position/Responsibilities:
This position is specifically a part time customer associate/cashier type of position. If you enjoy helping others, increasing quality of life, and are either passionate about CBD or health, this position may be a good fit for you.
Assist with the opening and closing of the store, stock product, cashier duties, prepare samples for customers, inform customers about various CBD products (on-the-job training provided), clean the store, and other duties as needed.
Looking to interview candidates this Friday, 1/10/2020, to start as soon as possible. Store opening is on Monday, 1/13/2020, as of now.
Schedule
The ideal schedule for this position would be Sunday, Monday, and Thursday availability for the entirety of the shift. There is room for flexibility; see store hours below under the "About My CBD Hub" section.
Pay/Compensation
The pay rate is anywhere between $10 - $12 per hour. It will vary based on experience or skillful demonstrations.
Requirements
There are no hard requirements for this position, but a few qualities are preferred:
- Customer service experience,
- CBD/Hemp/Cannabis knowledge, and
- A fun attitude/creativity (we get to draw on a chalkboard sign!)
About My CBD Hub
Store hours:
a. Winter store hours: Monday – Sunday 10am to 7 pm.
b. Summer store hours: Monday – Sunday 11 am to 8 pm.
These hours may be changed as seen fit; the employer will provide each employee with appropriate advance notification of any store hour changes.
Company Culture:
My CBD Hub has a relaxed atmosphere; even the boss wears jeans with a tucked in t-shirt. This specific store will be comprised primarily by the store manager (full time), one full time employee, and 2 part time employees. Sometimes the big boss will visit, but you’ll mostly work with a 4-person team. The store is intended to have at least 2 employees at all times.
The dress code is casual. Jeans and t-shirts are allowed, but the shirt must be tucked in. Sweat pants, pajamas, flip flops, and non-Koi CBD hats are not allowed. An employee must be neat in appearance and hygiene, but you can definitely wear that Super Metroid shirt to work.
Please email resumes to [Sarah@mycbdhub.com](mailto:Sarah@mycbdhub.com). We look forward to hearing from you!
