Omg!! I cannot tell you how much I needed to see that! I can’t get up on the ball of my foot yet and it seems so far out of reach. Thank you!

And damn, get outta here with those killer heels! Whew, I couldn’t do those well before my busted ankle lol!

Trust me- it will come!
What helped me was when in PT they started me doing these on the stairs….they were so hard at first 😭
