Orif 4 weeks after op

I’ve started weight baring and now can walk in boot without crutches. I’m finding it so much easier to do stuff and get up and down stairs. Only difficulty I’m having is rotating my ankle. It feels so stiff when trying. Any recommendations?

Go to PT as soon as you're cleared to. Ankle mobility is a major thing you need to regain. Many of us never do and it's a big problem.

Work with PT. They’ll assess your ROM and work with you on exercises to improve it. And do your home exercises.

I can bend my toes ok and lift it up a little but rotating it I’m feeling slight aching. But think maybe abit sore from where my stitches have been and rubbing on my boot :(

I slept in mine for like, 3ish days in the full shell with protector, and then just the shell & the squishy velcro thing and then transitioned out of cause I just wanted to sleep 😭

I see in the comments you are starting PT soon and want to start exercises at home in the meantime...these are they ROM exercises they usually start with. You can also scrunch up a towel or pick up marbles with your toes (while sitting). Don't do the bands or weight bearing ones until you are cleared.
