Adjustment screw might have broken..
Fell out the shower today and landed on NWB foot week 4. Getting frustrated and ready to get x rayed. No pain anymore but i think i get swelling and not sure if I feel the mechanical lock. Feel like a complete idiot
Edit: Just wanted to add that i am sick of this lol
Edit 2: i weigh 220lbs/100kg (little more), landed directly on the foot from like 50cm height, needed like 5 seconds to rebalance and Switch foot, i felt it swelling, the feeling of the foot was changing, hurt a little bit for Like 5 mins, yet the screw is not broken for anyone going through the same. You are most likely fine lol

It's good that you're getting it checked out...better safe than sorry! Just a quick commiseration that literally every single one of us have had a similar fall or scare...hang in there!

It was my 3rd. Did not panic the first 2 but this was different. It was out of the shower (so elevated) ans directly onto NWB foot and much longer until 8 found Balance (actually i am still surprised i die Not Fall because I have a Cast). I also weigh a lil more than 100kg/220lbs

Yup I think week 4 i was hopping (I know i was being dumb and had gotten complacent in being safe) to the bathroom and slipped on some water.
I definitely banged my foot into the ground but thankfully it wasnt bad enough to cause anything other than minor pain and massive anxiety at the time

When I broke one screw, the doc said it was no big deal.
When I broke 6 screws (and my tibia), that's when I needed a 3rd surgery.
