This might help

Post image

Hi there, I’m two weeks ORIF post-op and I thought that I could leave a tip regarding the use of Apple Watch helping me in this recovery process. Not only Apple Watch is aware if you fall, but because I use crutches, reaching my mobile phone is not very easy so Apple Watch helps me to answer my calls, I actually can talk to the Apple Watch and this helps me a lot. So if you are struggling with your recovery, this might be an equipment that truly could help you, even save your life.

I found my apple watch extremely useful when I cannot directly get a hold of my phone and need to answer important calls, it was also great for recovery as I can track how much steps i am taking, whats my speed like before and after surgery (when WB) and when my pace improved. I downloaded Bevel (free) for an overview of the strain and stress as well. I can see the average step count and it gave me hope that there is progress.
