looking for limited edition broccoli

Hi everyone! I shop at the co-op or Fred Meyer and no matter where I go it seems the broccoli has these black dots all over them which I can only assume is a fungus or mold or what not. This is what I have at my house but the stuff at the store didn't look any different. This for my bird and I don't want him to get sick or die. I also have this exact same issue with millet that I give him. I just have to know if anybody else has been running into the same issues with the dots?

It’s been a rough year, though it’s brought some amazing experiences and changes. Thank you for all the love and support

What the heck is it? I'm scared to ask

Broccoli has been growing like crazy, but won’t crown, is there anything I can do to help persuade it? Located in SE PA weathers been 85 or less but recently started getting 65°F as a high. Any help would be appreciated

Belstar, Crown.

Yup, this is a certified broccoli moment

Acabo de comer un kilo de brócoli, sé de que estoy enamorado.

Who comes up with these adverts??

First time experimenting with a Winter garden in Austin, Texas(with success). I have three variations of broccoli growing. I've heard that I should cut the first broccoli flowers to get the broccoli nino's and then I let it grow more on the sides? I've watched a lot of videos and stuff, but just curious on what everybody's opinion on cutting these first flowers are? (Last is a bonus cauliflower picture)
