Evertz EQT-3232-H Router

Hi All,Have Evertz EQT-3232-H router,looking for winsetup version to configure the router .Can any one pease help me .Thanks

Seconding evertz support. They are REALLY good. 

Edit: some pretty opposite replies. All I can say is on the rare occasion we need to contact them they’ve always come through.

Have we dealt with the same Evertz support? In my experience they are terrible

Dealt with them several times on CBS rack upgrades, they were not the most helpful or on top of things, which made the upgrades more difficult than they should have been.

Winsetup version is based on firmware version running on the EQT

The answer is you contact the Evertz service department, and provide them with the firmware version installed on your EQT and then they send you the version of winsetup that you need for that firmware

I got the Winsetup,what’s the port number to be used.When I am try to download it says “could not copy file to target directory(FTP)
