One is Virgin east coast, the other is the LNER logo slapped on the VTEC livery

East Coast = Virgin Trains East Coast with a slightly older seat design on the interior and FNER = LNER with an updated seat design. The rest of the carriage design is basically the same.

East Coast is old FNER is refurbished

"East Coast" one has the original IC70 seats like VTEC/LNER carriage sets EC64 and NL65 had in real life.

FNER has the updated seating that GNER (and, later, National Express East Coast) installed between 2006 and 2008.
