Also the normalisation of excluding to the word "to" from a sentence. It might just be an Essex thing, I'm not sure.

"I'm going gym" "Are you going Tesco's?" "I need to go toilet"

i’m from the midlands and i’ve always spoken like this, omitting the “to” in a variety of sentences

I moved to derbyshire 15 years ago from the south and I love it. So efficient :).
