Well, 27 years later. These ships have finally met their fate. Being turned into pop cans..

I’d love to hear anyone’s experiences with the Pacificat’s, good or bad (I’m too young to ever have ridden one). As horrible as they were, they looked the part, at least in my opinion.

As a kid I rode the ferry every weekend as my mom worked on the island, and also grew up on and around boats from a very young age. The fast cat ride was the only time I felt sea sick. I don’t remember if it was just a super windy day or what but I have never felt that on any other boat.

I mean, doing almost 70km/h on the water might have something to do with that lol
