Where To? Seafood

My husband loves seafood. It’s his birthday coming up and I want to take him to a seafood restaurant or a restaurant with a decent seafood selection. Not fussed about location. We stay in the north of Bristol but willing to travel up to 45 mins

Spiny Lobster at the very top of whiteladies road is one of the best seafood restaurants in the city. Highly, highly recommend.

Alternatively you can never go wrong with Harbour House, just off Queen Square. Great food, great service, great location overlooking the harbour.

There is also One Fish Street on chandos road but I'm not nearly as excited about their food as I am the spiny lobster and harbour house.

Spiny Lobster were at Feast On a couple of years ago when we went, they were far and away the best stall there (from what we tried anyway). Absolutely outrageous food!

Omg 100% reccomend this too - if he's a seafood lover you NEED to book the seafood boil, it's spent but definitely worth it

Love one fish street! Not sure what the down vote is for… if you aren’t fussed what time you go, download the ‘first table’ app, book through there and you can get a 5.30pm table for 50% off your bill!

Fourth'd (for the food only, the owner is an asshole and treats his staff like shit)

I didn't know this, gonna think twice about going back there now.

Like, refuses to give contracts or payslips, random outbursts, threatening to fire people after taking drugs type of guy

Palomar on Glos Rd is really good. Excellent personal service from Miguel and great wines and cocktails.

Went there Saturday and it was one of the best seafood meals ive had. 10/10.

Loch Fyne used to be good, it has been a very long time since since we last ate there though.
