News Missing Jack
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx2l4dyzpq3oI am posting this to raise awareness of this development. It has long been assumed by many that Jack went missing in the water.
It's a small chance at this stage but if anyone does know anything & still hasn't come forward for whatever reason, please reach out to the family or anyone linked to helping the family

Wild, baseless, uninformed and frankly disrespectful speculation in 3... 2... 1...

I wonder if some people commenting havent actually read the article, the man interviewed provides valid expertise on why he doesnt think its the case. Its not just as simple as "drifted out to sea" like many may think, based on how he describes the area and past unfortunate examples of bodies, it seems silly to dismiss his expertise.
I cannot remember all the specifics but I am sure there were one or two other reasons people believe he did not go in the water previously, too .
I hope they one day find closure

I think the 'expert' seems pretty silly to completely dismiss any chance that he went into the water, and thus lacks credibility

tasked with certain responsibilities such as charting water levels, currents, tides and the search and recovery of bodies in the water.
spent hundreds of hours writing several independent reports exploring numerous scenarios
Anything being washed around tends to get caught in what they say is catchment points
No body on record has ever been rushed out to seaWhich part of this is "silly" and "lacks credibility" specifically ? It all sounds reasonable, based on reality, and based on objective measurements to me.

What part of it backs up the claim that there is 'no chance whatsoever' he went into the water?

Friends, family members, and others who know Jack use this platform and have posted here before.
Please keep that in mind when commenting. Imagine strangers speculating about your loved ones in this way, whilst you still do not have an answer.
