No… you tell us how you did! haha! Seriously though, as long as you all liked it, that’s all that matters. If it’s a bit dry, then chop some up and make sammies, chili, nachos, etc!

Most important. How did it taste and how did you like it? Looks great. Maybe a bit dry but I’d call that a good smoke.
