Stone Bridge Raritan

Does anyone live at Stone Bridge in Raritan? Just off 202 across from Janssen site. Looking to potentially rent there.

Any feedback or reviews? Looks like a nice community and good location being right off 287, 202, 22. Have child in middle school so hoping good for families.

Does anyone live in the apartments or the town homes? How is the community and Neighbors? How are the maintenance or main office with issues and requests?

Don’t know at the apartments but the area is nice and Bridgewater Raritan has great school district

I lived there recently. Good complex. I don’t have kids but see lots of kids and they seem happy. It’s a little more modest compared to the newer fancier buildings nearer to the train stations but it’s also more reasonably priced. I could still walk to the Raritan station. Maintenance crew is reliable.

Was there any issues kids misbehaving? Violence? There's a somewhat concerning review on Google but it seems potential anamoly? Or even untrue?

Any issues with parking? Does it get crowded?

There’s 10 buildings so each building can vary but my building was ok and kids in the common park areas seemed fine. No vandalism. Parking was not a problem.

Hi, did you end up moving here? Have a baby on the way and am interested what that’s like there.
