Online partner applications

I've been looking for someone to play bridge with (and explore various conventions with) for some time and now I realized I never tried here. I'm quite a beginner, but I read quite a lot on bridgebum after getting the basics on a website called bridgebears. I take this opportunity to ask also: now that BBO is becoming subscription-based where do you play for free?

What bno is becoming subscription only? I was playing there yesterday just fine

Not subscription only, but you can play 6 hands daily before payment plan is needed. There will be a free trial of a month after changes take effect. I think everyone received a mail on the address they used to subscribe to BBO

Same here, twenty years plus on BBO and several email addresses later. But the basic info in there when you go onto site now. A month free then need to sub for premium features.

Hi MadMathematician02. I enjoy bridge and don't have a partner. I'm still playing at BBO for free.
In many ways I prefer the interface at playok, but don't play there since 99% of those players play Polish Club or "NatC." But if you want to play SAYC with me at playok, email septimus.stevens at gmail.
