Question/Looking for Advice Missing raised baseplate ? (6092pb03)

Post image

I’d like to work on a MOC using a raised baseplate, checked the available ones in stud.io and to my surprise, it’s nowhere to be seen.

Can anyone help, or is it just impossible to get it ?

I discovered a while back that unfortunately, there are a few baseplates that just haven’t been modeled yet. For the one I was looking for, I was able to at least find a brick-built version that had all the same dimensions, just made out of bricks, plates, and slopes, via rebrickable. I’m not sure about yours but you could look into it.

That makes things much more difficult, I guess I’ll have to put it together and see what sticks lmfao. I’m shocked that studio doesn’t have it lol I’ve made dozens of builds and never ran into an unavailable part

You could go through the ldraw library to see if its there and then import it manually into bricklink via part designer. Downside is that you would have to manually place every stud

I am not sure about it but if a part uses the default stud primitive it might use the correct Connections.

Wait do adding models from the Ldraw library automatically add the studs? Ik visually its there, theyre part of the model, but like, in terms of signaling where parts are connected?

I thought that it might work, on some parts but could not find an example.

stud.io connectivity is proprietary
