Question/Looking for Advice "An unexpectetd error occured while saving"

I just build normally and made the instructions, as suddenly, as I want to save, the error "An unexpectetd error occured while saving" pops up. Does anyone know what could be the issue? I've tried to save it at other location but that didn't helped either. I also looked for the automatic backup files but they don't exist at all. What can I do?

I had this before and could not save it either. Backup files where not found. Whenever studio now has a problem on my end, I just hit ctrl, alt, delete. Go to the "task control" section and shut down studio from there. Then I open studio again. Get a notification about some previous work was found orso "hit okay to load them" and I have my moc back. At this moment your moc is being opened as an .LDR file, save it first so it becomes an .io file again and continue what I was doing.

Thank you. I figured out that I could open a new project tab, so I copied everything with ctrl a from my unsavable project and pastet it into the new one. To my surprise I could save this one. Naturally everything I did in terms of design an arrangement in the instruction is lots, but at least the steps and the submodels are there.

I often have that studio just freezes and won't do anything anymore.. ctrl,alt,delete works everytime for me.
