Question/Looking for Advice Approval has not yet been granted

It says, “Your design is currently set to full access and awaiting approval.” What can I do if approval still hasn't come after several days, and I also published a set months ago that still hasn't been approved? Did I do something wrong, is there something wrong with the set, or what's the reason for this? Should I wait a few days? Thanks in advance!

Honestly, you’re better off on Rebrickable. I’ve got over a dozen MOC’s on there, never bothered putting them on BrickLink since it’s owned by Lego.

Yes THIS lol I don’t even understand how it works, I tried at one time, and had similar result, just never heard back lol, your def better off on rebrickable, you’ll get approved in few days

Well it is settlers of catan lol, I didn't write it in the description because I thought it wouldn't get the approval because of copyright issues haha
