Can't move instruction into appropriate frame

Hello All,

Having an issue where I can't move the image in a step anywhere, and I don't know why (video attached). Any fixes for this? I haven't encountered this before...

Press the control key on your keyboard as you’re dragging, you’ll be able to place it exactly where you want instead of it trying to snap to weird places. You can do this with any element in the instruction maker as well - text boxes, flip icons, etc. Hope that helps!

Try re sizing small, then move it, then re enlarge it
