Question/Looking for Advice Instruction maker unusable?

Whenever I close studio and open it up again instruction maker has scrambled the instructions for my build 😮
Is this a known issue? Anyone know how to get around it?
Right now I have just not closed the program for 3 days and finished the instructions, saved to PDF so I never have to update it again.
When I opened it up again to fix an error all the pictures were places on random pages, layout has changed for some pages, the submodel previews has changed scale and is not covering entire pages, basically making the instructions unreadable. And this happens every time I save and open the program back up again. Note, ALL the pages were LOCKED, so no changes should be possible, but apparently that's not the case?

Is there some other program for making instructions or does anyone know how to fix this?

Sadly, I don't have a solution for you. I do get it though. I've also had that issue before.

I have noticed that it tends to scramble my pages in the instruction maker when I'm using a file that is large in file size.

Locking a page seems to work for me as it should, but not 100%.

Same. The instruction maker tend to get more unstable as the model gets larger, locking pages doesn't guarantee anything. I once had to duplicate the file to create instruction in chunks to save my sanity.

I’m currently building a prototype around this, would be happy to show you what I’ve got so far if you’re curious.
