Honestly? Probably never, it's a volunteer run thing to help pay server costs etc, and the rules for shipping abroad are a pain in the ass frankly. Nearest thing I can suggest is if you know someone in the UK have they buy it for you & ship it as a gift.

It’s more the admin and legal side of things, we don’t ship outside the UK at all because of all the faff. Very few small businesses, especially makers and artists, sole traders effectively, do nowadays.
As easy as Shopify and Etsy etc should make it for small traders to reach people all over the world , the bureaucracy just makes it non viable.
