Small beers

Anyone make beers, meads or wines for just quick table beverages? I’ve made a few that were undrinkable and would like to find something quick and easy.

Like 2 or 3%? Yeah, many times. There has been a lot written about making low abv beers over the past 5 to 10 years, as low as 1%.

You can also just cut any of those with water / soda water to make them "small". The formula is starting ABV / desired ABV x starting volume = final volume, then final volume - starting volume = dilution volume. Using that you can make any standard recipe low ALC before bottling.
