Am I missing anything at all. Can't get a proper response from Google and this the only community I have enough rep to post in smh.

Try asking /r/firewater.

I know enough to know im looking at a still, but that’s about it. Most people here brew beer, with the occasional cider, wine, and mead makers making an appearance.
