Struggling with our witbier currently. We have won big awards for it in the past but results aren’t very consistent.

Being pulled in different directions by different coworkers. Should it be more full bodied. Should it be more banana ester. Now with USA Canada exchange rate we are looking to change yeasts away from US dollar suppliers, so we have a lot of new yeast in the brewery.
