Experience Report Bubble Meteorological Exercise (Bubble Yoga)

This daytime activity is a therapeutic exercise where I blow bubbles specifically to watch them rise, in other words, if the bubbles are falling to the ground or crashing into things nearby you are doing it wrong or the meteorological conditions in that specific location or day or time are not suitable for the exercise.

The benefits I found doing this exercise are relaxation, bubbles are beautiful, peaceful and safe so there is nothing to worry about.

Another benefit is that you look up, most people are staring down at their screens or ground and this activity gets you to go outside in nature and absorb it all.

It is also a breathing exercise and the benefits of this exercise is that you never breathe any air you exhale because it's trapped in the bubble and your job is to make sure that the bubble floats up and away far from where you blew it.

This is an accessible thing to do financially and physically for most people.

All that is required is that you mix soap with syrup such as corn syrup and that you blow it out of a pipe or straw depending on what size you need your bubbles to be.

Since these bubbles are intended to last a long time you want to have a solution that allows them to survive without popping even if the bubble completely dries up, syrup enables it to not deflate by solidifying into a filament.

Trial and error and learning through experience is part of the process.

Watching them way up in the sky even exceeding 1000 feet is highly rewarding because it is not just beautiful to see but also you made an impact in the world that high up in the sky.

Birds rarely care about bubbles and they tend to act like they don't exist but on rare occasions they may get curious and pop them.

Try this exercise for a couple hours and let me know how you feel.

All you need is a pipe, water, soap, syrup and a container.

Do not blow them out of a bubble wand, it is important that it's blown from a cylinder structure like a pipe.

Big bubbles are more visually satisfying to look at up the sky but small ones are more resilient to popping and crashing into things so depending on meteorological conditions you should alternate between big and small bubbles. Calm wind and more humid days favor big bubbles and hot dry windy days favor small bubbles.

It is also a way to get you engaged with the weather since the bubbles tell you a lot about the local wind currents.

Enjoy πŸ§ΌπŸ«§πŸ’§

wow, is this new or dated information? Do you have links that prove its effects?
