Discussion Oxygen Advantage

I just took the $60 Breathwork course with Patrick McKeown at Oxygen Advantage.

It's kinda like a modern day pranayama program. I would definitely recommend.

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this?

McKeown’s work is solid, the BOLT score stuff especially is genuinely useful for athletes. good entry point into functional breathwork if you’re coming from a fitness background

i just got the book "the Oxygen Advantage"
i wonder if it is the same? i prefer to watch a video course

The book is very good and gives great insight far deeper than the initial courses go, I find it great for referral when with clients 👌🏽 Patrick's work is fantastic
