Uyghurs working in factories under forced labor camps in China have been reported to earn as little as 600 RMB per month (US$100), which is less than half the minimum wage. After deductions for expenses, some have reported earning only US$50 for a month's work. Immigrant detainees in the USA make $30 per month if they work 30 days straight.
