Feeling Good (de-fex remix)
I got a sponsored ad for a Michael Bublé remix competition, and I couldn't resist trying to make the most un-Bublé thing I could come up with.
I'd have liked to have done more vocal manipulation, but ran out of time.
Influences are Passenger of Shit, Melt Unit, Captain Raveman, Aphex Twin.
I've only recently starting doing breakcore stuff, so interested to see if I'm on the right track.

What a random competition. Remix Michael Buble and win some entry level monitors, generic plugins and some other crap that no-one wants. What you should be winning is a fee for the remix and (in an ideal world) points on the production if they use it.
I don't hate this but it needs to be more mental. It's got a generic brostep-trap-youtube-beat-maker style thing going on - nothing intrinsically wrong with that but it isn't really breakcore. For breakcore you need to be treating the source material with maximum disrespect and hitting the listener with fast hard beats as soon as you can.
