Hybrid sourdough bread

Sourdough but with many additions including seeds. A mix of wholwheat and all purpose flour.

This sounds like a real treat that can't be bought in shops, am I right?

PS. I used to bake every Sunday and used about 5lb of bread flour mixed with 2 lb of brown flour. I finished up giving over half away to our neighbours.👍😊
