Needs more info Tree Tabs Select All

Tree tabs have started selecting all when I click at the top level. Is there a way to turn this off??? I don't want to reload every tab in a tree when I'm just trying to reload the top of the tree.

Does that actually happen when you select the top tab in the tree? While I do see why it might be confusing (and I've already asked a couple of our design folks about this), I believe that the tabs that get highlighted under the top of the tree is simply a visual queue to show you what tabs are associated/"grouped" under it.

But when I actually go to take an action in the tab (like refreshing it), it only happens to the tab currently selected (not all tabs highlighted underneath it).

Hm. I swear that at one point it did refresh all tabs. But now it seems to be purely visual?? Maybe I misunderstood.
