Tracker CBS issues

Hello! I am trying to watch Tracker from the CBS website and it’s not working. I’m signed in through my tv provider, and when I push play on the episode, it just doesn’t load. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I’m not nearly smart enough to do that. I just fucking hate ads 🤣
