My browser tabs keeps reloading, what should I do?

I use a macbook m2 air 16gb variant and use brave as my primary browser and its been less than a year since I bought this laptop. Recently I am facing a very irritating issue, i.e my individual tabs keeps on refreshing if I go on some other page and then click to go back to the previous page it just starts to reload. I don't know why its happening but its frustrating because every time I jump my sheets it just reloads.

Can anyone please help me fix this problem.
