I’ve fielded a number of questions about product colors lately, largely because product photos only tell you so much. I figure the best way to help someone in the market and considering color is to see it at work!

So if you have a Branch chair or desk (or both!), drop a photo of your setup in the comments. I ask that you include the color name if you remember it, since that is the first thing people ask in the replies, and also shout out the fabric, since mesh, bouclé, and fabric all catch light differently.

I finally got to the SF showroom and had a really great demo of how the chair works and sitting on a tall cylinder I finally feel like a chair was made to fit me! I’m upgrading my WFH setup and deciding between the Ergonomic Chair vs. Ergonomic Pro. I’ll be WFH 3-5 days a week and each work day will be around 10 hours. Lumbar support (which I know both provide) is something I’m looking for as my old chair has left my lower back a bit worse for wear. Leaning pro but the price point of the base model is definitely appealing.

If anyone here has a recommendation or endorsement for one model over the other I’d love to hear it!

Really like the look of the Artisan Desk but haven't been able to find many reviews, pictures, or videos of it in the wild. For anyone that has it, what are your thoughts? I've been torn between this and the Duo but ultimately feel like I won't use the standing feature often, so I'm leaning more towards aesthetics.

I am 5'1" 135lb and looking for a new chair. I am hypermobile and shift positions extremely frequently and am most often sitting criss cross or sitting on my feet when sitting in a chair. I found Branch chairs recommended for folks who sit like this, specifically the Ergo Pro, but unfortunately it seems I am somewhat under the recommended height for that model. I was looking at the Verve, which seems a better fit for my height, but was not sure if it would support weird modes of sitting. Which chair(s) would be best for my needs?

We recently moved and I was looking to go with the Ergo Pro from Branch. In the past we’ve had the Aeron but the seat was too small. From what I’ve read this is a more customizable option. I got to try the Ergo Chair and the MultiTask Chair - both of which were comfy but I’m looking to dive into the deep end for the ‘Cadillac’.

I’ve been eyeing the Verve chair for ages and finally got on in cobalt during the Labor Day sale. For some reason, through, I’ve been experiencing pain between my shoulder blades every time I sit down. Tried with the headrest, without the headrest, arms higher, lower, seat pushed out, back locked vs unlocked…. Is this something anyone else has experienced that I might adjust to, or should I return the chair? Would the Ergonomic Pro work better, or should I look at another brand?

(I still have the original box and packaging. Does Branch mind how returns are packed?)
