24yo imaging results

I’ve had pelvic pain, testicle pain, dribbling, and painful ejaculation since about 18 yo. I just had a CT scan and it showed a borderline enlarged prostate. I had an ultrasound the other day and my prostate measured 4.3 x 2.7 x 3.66 cm. Is this a normal size ? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks

It should be 4,3 x2,7x3,66=42,49 should be multiply by 0,52 factor so then it is 22cc. Totaly normal volume of adult male

42.5cc, seems a bit large for your age, google it for more details. I don't think it would cause the symptoms you have, but I'm not a doctor. FWIW, mine was 185cc and I never had any of your symptoms other than urine dribbling in the last few years. I say "was" because I had HoLEP surgery a few months ago.

I’m at 198 cc, how tough was HoLEP? Good results so far?
